Traybake
Ingredients:
- 190g butter, softened. 1427
- 265g icing sugar, sifted. 1060
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence (or ½ tbsp extract). 51
- 2-3 tsp milk. 30
Method:
- In medium Pyrex bowl; Whisk butter and icing sugar, with a fork, until pale and creamy.
- Whisk in vanilla and milk until smooth and spreadable.
Layer Cake
Ingredients:
- 100g butter (125g), softened. 751
- 140g icing sugar (175g), sifted. 560
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (or ½ tsp extract)
- 2-3 tsp milk (optional - use if piping). 30
Method:
- In medium Pyrex bowl; Cream butter, icing sugar and vanilla, with a fork.
