Tops a 12x9" Traybake (see Sticky Toffee Traybake recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 130g unsalted butter, soft.  976
  • 265g icing sugar.  1060
  • 100g toffee caramel sauce (see Toffee Caramel Sauce recipe)
  • 1 dash milk, if needed.  10

Method:

  1. Whisk butter, with a fork, until creamy.
  2. Sift in icing sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Whisk in cold toffee caramel sauce.
  4. If buttercream is too stiff, whisk in milk.
