Rum Truffle Ganache

Tops a 12x9" Traybake (see Double Chocolate Rum Truffle Traybake recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark choc chips.  533
  • 100g milk choc chips. 560
  • 300ml double cream.  1332
  • 15ml rum.  31

Method:

  1. In small saucepan; Warm cream until just simmering around edges.
  2. In medium Pyrex bowl; Place chocolate chips. Pour warm cream over chocolate.
  3. Melt for 5 mins then stir to incorporate.
  4. Stir in rum.
  5. Cool to room temp/spreadable consistency.
