Tops a 12x9" Traybake (see Coconut Lime Traybake recipe)

Ingredients:

• 190g butter, softened.  1427
• 265g icing sugar, sifted.  1060
• 2 lime, zested
• 2-3 tsp lime juice

Method:

1. In medium Pyrex bowl; Whisk butter and icing sugar, with a fork, until pale and creamy.
2. Whisk in lime zest and juice until smooth and spreadable.
