Fills an 8" 2 layer cake

Ingredients:

  • 100g butter
  • 140g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (or ½ tsp extract)
  • 30g custard powder
  • 2-3 tsp milk

Method:

  1. In medium Pyrex bowl; Cream butter, icing sugar, vanilla and custard powder, with a fork. Add milk to slacken.
