Fills an 8" 2 layer cake
Ingredients:
- 100g butter
- 140g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (or ½ tsp extract)
- 30g custard powder
- 2-3 tsp milk
Method:
- In medium Pyrex bowl; Cream butter, icing sugar, vanilla and custard powder, with a fork. Add milk to slacken.
