Ingredients:
- 250g plain flour. 855
- 400ml semi-skimmed milk. 196
- 2 eggs. 75
- Pinch salt
- 2 tbsp oil for frying. 248
Method:
- In jug; Whisk flour, salt eggs and half milk until smooth.
- Whisk in remaining milk.
- Heat 1 tsp oil (per pancake) in 28-30cm frying pan, over medium heat.
- Ladle batter into pan, swirl to fully coat.
- Once top has bubbled and set (3-4 mins), flip.
- Fry other side for 2-3 mins.
- Serve with lemon juice and sugar or golden syrup.
