Ingredients:
- 130g chilled butter, diced. 976
- 190g self-raising flour. 637
- 75g ground almonds/hazelnuts. 481/518
- 50g golden caster sugar. 200
- 60g rolled oats. 218
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.
- In large mixing bowl; Rub butter, flour, ground nuts, sugar to crumbs.
- Stir in oats.
- Scatter on top of filling/tart base, (using a 9 or 10" dish).
- Bake for 40-45 mins until golden.
