Chocolate Brownies Traybake

Ingredients:

  • 275g very soft butter
  • 325g caster sugar
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 75g Bournville cocoa powder, sifted
  • 100g self raising flour, sifted
  • 100g choc chips (50g milk/50g dark TtD)
  • 1 tsp fine coffee powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Grease and line 12x9" Pyrex dish.
  3. In large mixing bowl; Mix all ingredients with wooden spoon.
  4. Pour into dish and level.
  5. Bake for 40 mins.
  6. Cool in dish before cutting.

Calories = 4800

  • 4800 / 24 = 200
  • 4800 / 20 = 240

Tip: Traybake style - 12x9" Pyrex dish or 2x 7.¾x5" Pyrex dishes. Bake for 40 mins approx.

Tip: Make ⅓ recipe in one 7.¾x5" Pyrex dish.
