Ingredients:
- 210g plain flour
- 80g icing sugar
- 50g corn flour
- 230g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence (or 1.½ tsp extract)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Line x2 large baking trays.
- In large mixing bowl; Whisk butter and icing sugar for 4-5 mins.
- Add vanilla, mix.
- Add corn flour and ½ plain flour, mix well.
- Fold in remaining flour until smooth.
- Pipe in roses (2 revolutions) using large star nozzle.
- Bake for 14-16 mins.
