Ingredients:
- 800g floury potatoes, peeled, chunked.
- 1 tbsp (60g) mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp (30g) creamed horseradish
Method:
- In large saucepan; Cover potatoes with boiled water. Simmer for 20 mins, drain.
- Mix in mayo, salt, pepper and horseradish.
- Serve warm or cold with Stilton, Walnut and Orange Salad, Sticky Chicken Marinade, Frittata, Courgette Tuna Boats with Chilli Couscous or Courgette Boats with Avocado Salad.
