Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 800g floury potatoes, peeled, chunked.
  • 1 tbsp (60g) mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp (30g) creamed horseradish

Method:

  1. In large saucepan; Cover potatoes with boiled water. Simmer for 20 mins, drain.
  2. Mix in mayo, salt, pepper and horseradish.
