Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, chunked. 810
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp veg oil. 124

- 2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 2 tsp or garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic purée. 17
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- In 14x10" Pyrex roaster; Toss potatoes in oil, salt, turmeric, onion, mustard seeds and garam masala.
- Roast for 1 hour until crispy.
- Serve with Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Jalfrezi, Gobi Aloo or Baked Onion Bhajis.
