Ingredients:
- 500g parsnips (halved lengthwise if big)
- 25g butter, melted, OR, 1 tbsp veg oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp strong honey
- 1 tsp garlic purée
- 1 tsp rosemary
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- In 11x8" Pyrex dish, toss parships in butter/oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
- Roast for 1 hr. Stir halfway.
- Serve with roast dinner such as Lamb Slow Roast with Red Currant Glaze, Clementine Carrots, Sprouts with Bacon and Chestnuts, Pork, Fruit and Nut Stuffing Sausage and Gravy.
