Corn Tortillas Chips

Ingredients:

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • salt

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Brush each side of tortillas with veg oil.
  3. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
  4. Arrange on 2 large trays. Bake for 6-8 mins.
  5. Remove. Sprinkle with salt. Set aside.
  6. Serve with Salsa (Pico De Gallo)Guacamole or Mexican Beef Stew.
