- 1 medium carrot (150g), grated = 25
- 2 small celery sticks, finely sliced= 30

Method:
- Mix everything well in large mixing bowl.
- Store in airtight container in fridge.
- Serve with Stilton, Walnut and Orange Salad, Spicy Potato Wedges, Sticky Chicken Marinade, Courgette Boats with Avocado Salad, Courgette Tuna Boats with Chilli Couscous or Frittata.
