Ingredients:

  • 75g light mayo = 209
  • 100g low fat natural yogurt Greek = 78
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard = 33
  • 150g white cabbage, finely sliced = 42
  • 1 small red onion / 4 spring onions, finely sliced = 30
  • 1 medium carrot (150g), grated = 25
  • 2 small celery sticks, finely sliced= 30
  • 30g sultanas = 89
  • 30g cashews (optional) =
  • ½ apple, chopped (optional) =
  • ½ lemon, juiced (optional)
  • pepper

Method:

  1. Mix everything well in large mixing bowl.
  2. Store in airtight container in fridge.
