Ingredients:
- 650g potato, peeled, chunked
- 300g swede, peeled, sliced
- 300g carrots, peeled, diced
- 50g butter
- 100ml milk/Elmlea
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- Pinch nutmeg
Method:
- In medium saucepan; Cover swede and carrots with boiling water. Simmer for 30 mins until tender, drain.
- Meanwhile, in large saucepan; Cover potatoes with boiling water. Simmer for 20 mins until tender, drain.
- Mash all veg with butter, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Serve with haggis, sausages, veg, or use to top a Cottage/Shepherds Pie.
