Makes: 400ml, Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- 12 cherry tomatoes, chopped, deseeded
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried coriander leaves
- 3-4 rings jalapeño, chopped, deseeded
- 1 small lime, juiced
- black pepper to taste
Method:
- Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blitz! Doesn’t need to be a paste - chunky is fine. Alternatively, chop by hand.
- Serve with Corn Tortillas Chips.
