Makes: 400ml, Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 12 cherry tomatoes, chopped, deseeded
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried coriander leaves
  • 3-4 rings jalapeño, chopped, deseeded
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blitz! Doesn’t need to be a paste - chunky is fine. Alternatively, chop by hand.
  2. Serve with Corn Tortillas Chips.
