Ingredients:
- 300g fresh cranberries
- 1 large orange (zest half, juice all)
- 35ml port
- 75ml water
- 150g light Muscovado sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground allspice (optional)
- 1/16 tsp ground cloves (optional)
- 1/16 tsp ground ginger (optional)
Method:
- In medium saucepan; Stir all ingredients and simmer for 15-20 mins, until fruit bursts and juice thickens.
