Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh cranberries
  • 1 large orange (zest half, juice all)
  • 35ml port
  • 75ml water
  • 150g light Muscovado sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice (optional)
  • 1/16 tsp ground cloves (optional)
  • 1/16 tsp ground ginger (optional)

Method:

  1. In medium saucepan; Stir all ingredients and simmer for 15-20 mins, until fruit bursts and juice thickens.
