Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp veg oil. 124

- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 frying/sizzler steak, sliced. 168

- ½ x 410g tin aduki beans, drained and rinsed. 106
- ½ Chinese leaf lettuce, sliced. 25

Method:
- In sauté pan; Velvet (see first Tip below) and flash fry steak for 3 mins. Set aside.
- Add pepper, carrot and garlic. Fry for 5 mins.
- Add Chinese leaf, beans, honey, soy and vinegar. Fry for 3 mins.
- Stir in cashews and steak. Season. Serve

Tip: At the start, velvet steak pieces with 1 large egg white whisked with 40g cornflour and dash of milk. Toss steak in mixture. Sear to seal.
Tip: Swap Chinese leaf for bok choy or 200g kale - 78 cals. (Wilt kale in garlic, covered, for 5 mins, with veg). Water will release.
Alternatively: Use 2 steaks, no cashews. Use 200g kale, not Chinese leaf = 402 cals each.
