Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp veg oil. 124
- 3 BGTY Cumberland sausages, sliced or vegetarian sausages. 225
- 2 tsp garlic purée. 34
- 1x 400g tin chickpeas. 292
- 200g tenderstem broccoli, cut into 1" pieces. 76
- 6 spring onions, cut into 1" pieces. 15
- 270g Vittoria tomatoes, halved. 80
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar. 28

Method:
- In sauté pan; Fry sausages for 10 mins until brown. Remove. Slice into 8 rings each.
- Fry broccoli, spring onions and garlic for 3 mins.
- Add Vittorias. Fry for 3 mins.
- Add sausage pieces back to pan. Add chickpeas. Warm for 3 mins.
- Stir in balsamic. Season and serve.
