- ½ cucumber
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 2 tsp hard Cheese to sprinkle. 100

Method:
- Heat oven to 230°C Fan.
- In 8x8 Pyrex roaster; Halve tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, pepper and cheese. Cut pepper into 8 strips. Bake for 22 mins.
- Prep salad veg and fish, plate up.
- Boil eggs for 6 mins, peel, halve, serve.
