- 8 rashers reduced salt bacon. 408

- 1 little gem lettuce. 25
- ½ cucumber
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 2 tsp hard Cheese to sprinkle. 100

Method
- Heat oven to 230°C Fan/Gas Mark 9.
- On large foil lined tray; Bake bacon for 22 mins. (Cook from when oven is cold on middle shelf).
- In 8x8 Pyrex roaster; Halve tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, pepper and cheese. Cut pepper into 8 strips. Also bake for 22 mins (in bottom oven).
- Prep salad veg, plate up.
- In smallest saucepan; Boil eggs for 6 mins, peel, halve, serve.
