Ingredients:
- 800g casserole beef (or meatballs). 1360
- 300g mushrooms, sliced. 40
- 1 large onion, chopped. 75
- 5 tsp garlic purée. 85
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 400ml beef stock (1 Knorr stock pot). 60
- 1 x 400g can tomatoes, drained. 100

Garnish:
- Grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Method:
- In sauté pan; Add all ingredients except garnishes (and meatballs). Stir together.
- Diced beef: Simmer for 2.½ hours.
- Meatballs x24: Simmer for 30 mins. Add meatballs on top and simmer for further 30 mins.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve over spaghetti/pasta. Garnish.
