Ingredients:
- 300g dried pasta. 1047
- 1 tbsp veg oil. 124
- 1 large onion, chopped. 75
- 3 tsp garlic purée. 51
- 2 tsp chilli purée. 10
- 2 x 112g tin tuna chunks in brine. 224
- 2 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes. 200
- 270g Vittoria tomatoes. 80
- 3 tsp basil
- 150g cheddar cheese. 624
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- In sauté pan; Soften onion and garlic.
- Add all tomatoes. Simmer. Add tuna, basil chilli and seasoning. Simmer for 20 mins.
- Meanwhile in large saucepan; Cook pasta al dente. Drain. Set aside.
- Transfer pasta and sauce to 14x10" Pyrex dish. Mix.
- Scatter on cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden and bubbling.

Alternatively: Omit pasta and one tin of tomatoes, serve with jacket potatoes with cheese on top.
