Ingredients:
- 180g dry pasta. 628
- 2 salmon fillets. 516
- 200g tenderstem broccoli, cut into 1" pieces. 76
- 1 tsp dill
- Juice of ½ lemon + middle slices
- 180g Philadelphia light. 270
- 100ml boiling water (from pasta)
- White pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°c Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- In medium saucepan; Cook pasta, drain, set aside. Save pasta water.
- On tray; Bake salmon fillets with lemon, in foil pouch, for 20 mins. Flake.
- In large saucepan; Steam broccoli stalks and florets in ½ cm water (covered) for 6 mins, drain, set aside.
- In jug; Stir together water and Philly.
- In large saucepan; Mix sauce, pasta, salmon flakes, broccoli, dill and lemon juice. Serve.

Alternatively: Omit pasta and water, serve with jacket potatoes/new potatoes.
Alternatively: Swap broccolini for 150g peas.
