Greek Lamb Style Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp veg oil.  124
  • 1 onion, diced.  75
  • 2 tsp garlic.  34
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 500g (20% fat) lamb mince.  1345
  • 2x 400g tin tomatoes.  200
  • 1 Knorr lamb stock pot.  60
  • 120g black Kalamata olives.  120
  • 1x 200g bag baby spinach.  36
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 250g dry pasta.  873
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled.  414

Method:

  1. In large saucepan; Cook pasta. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in sauté pan; Fry onion and garlic in oil for 5 mins until softened.
  3. Add oregano, cinnamon and lamb, fry for 5 mins.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, stock pot, olives, spinach and dill. Season. Cook for 5 mins.
  5. Top with crumbled feta to serve.
