Ingredients:
- 300g dried pasta. 1047
- 1 tbsp veg oil. 124
- 2 large onions, diced. 150
- 5 tsp Dijon mustard. 40
- 2 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes. 200
- 500g Vittoria tomatoes, halved. 160
- 5 chicken frankfurters (or vegetarian sausages), sliced. 350
- Salt and pepper.
Method:
- In sauté pan; Soften onions. 5 mins
- Add all tomatoes. Simmer. Add frankfurters, mustard and seasoning. Simmer for 20 mins.
- Meanwhile in large saucepan; Cook pasta, drain.
- Serve pasta over sauce and/or mix.
