Bacon and Pea Gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 16 rashers bacon, lardons.  808
  • 1kg fresh gnocchi.  1420
  • 300g petite pois, thawed, drained.  255
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Method:

  1. In sauté pan; Dry fry bacon on high heat until golden. 15 mins. Remove. Set aside.
  2. Brown gnocchi in bacon fat. 7 mins.
  3. Return bacon and mix in pepper.
  4. Stir in petite pois until hot. 3 mins.
  5. Serve.
