Ingredients:
- 16 rashers bacon, lardons. 808
- 1kg fresh gnocchi. 1420
- 300g petite pois, thawed, drained. 255
- ¼ tsp pepper
Method:
- In sauté pan; Dry fry bacon on high heat until golden. 15 mins. Remove. Set aside.
- Brown gnocchi in bacon fat. 7 mins.
- Return bacon and mix in pepper.
- Stir in petite pois until hot. 3 mins.
- Serve.
