Ingredients:
- 2 thick slices stale bread, crumbed. 300
- 500g minced beef. 830
- 1 onion, finely diced. 75
- ½ green pepper, finely diced. 25
- ½ red pepper, finely diced. 25
- ½ celery stalk, finely diced. 4
- 2 small eggs. 150
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 15
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard. 8
- 1 tsp garlic. 17
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tbsp Cajun (or Italian garlic and herb) seasoning
- ½ tsp mild chilli powder
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- In plastic bowl; Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 24-30 meatballs / 6 patties.
- Place in oiled 14x10" Pyrex roaster.
- Bake for 30-40 mins.
- Serve with Spaghetti Bolognese.
