Ingredients:
- 2 frying steaks (90g each), sliced. 336
- 1 small onion, sliced. 50
- 1 red pepper, sliced. 40
- 1 medium courgette, sliced. 40
- ½ tbsp veg oil. 62
- 4 tsp Philadelphia Light. 68
- 4 Old El Paso tortillas, wholemeal. 468
- 2 tsp Cajun spice
Method:
- In sauté pan; Fry veg in oil (peppers for a few mins longer) over medium heat, until softened. Stir frequently.
- Turn veg onto plate and flash-fry beef in remaining oil/juices. 1 min at most.
- Sprinkle beef liberally with Cajun spices and toss well before turning onto plate.
- Warm tortillas in microwave for 20 secs.
- Put a few strips of veg/beef down centre of tortillas and spread on a tsp of Philly.
- Wrap tightly and enjoy!
